Spiced Turkey & Grapefruit Relish

Ingredients:
Relish:
1 Grapefruit, Seedless
1 Small Shallot, Minced
1 Teaspoon Red Wine Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Honey, Raw
1/2 Small Avocado, Pitted, Peeled & Diced
1 Tablespoon Cilantro, Fresh & Chopped
Spiced Turkey:
2 Turkey Cutlets, 8 Ounces Each
1/2 Teaspoon Five Spice Powder
1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Pinch Sea Salt, Fine
Directions:
Start by peeling your grapefruit and cutting away the white pith. Cut the fruit into segments, making sure to remove the membrane. Squeeze any juice that remains in a bowl, and then add in your vinegar, shallots, honey, avocado and cilantro. Toss to combine, and then set it to the side.
Combine the chili powder, salt and five spice powder, coating your turkey in the mixture.
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, cooking your turkey for three minutes per side. It should still be pink in the middle when you remove it from the pan.
Divide your turkey between plates, adding your relish on the side to serve.
